Order & Shipping Information
Postage Locations
Currently, postage is only to the UK. This may be updated in the future so that international postage is an option.
Orders will mostly be sent via Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri and DPD. There may be other couriers used to deliver your items.
Postage Costs
There is no minimum order value for purchase to take place.

Postage is £3 on all orders.

Any orders over £100 will receive FREE postage.​

If orders are particularly heavy there may be an additional charge for postage. You will be notified if this is the case.

There may be extra charges to the regions: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, The Channel Islands and The Scilly Islands. You will be notified if there is an extra charge for postage to these places.
Dispatch Time And Delivery Time
Dispatch - We aim to dispatch orders 1 - 4 days from purchase.
Delivery - You can expect delivery to take 3 - 5 business days from point of dispatch. Please note that there may be delays and this time is only an estimate. Delivery time may be affected by holidays, strikes or the time it takes the courier company to deliver. We cannot be responsible for couriers being slow or missing deliveries.

Payment management is provided by SumUp. Most major card payment are accepted with this service. You will see what is accepted when you go to pay for your items at the checkout page.
Returns And Refunds
You will be liable for any postage costs if for any reason you want to return your item/items. Refunds will be provided once the item/items are returned safely, undamaged, unaltered and in original packaging.
Exceptions to the above are:

If the item arrived not as described or damaged.

The wrong items has been sent to you
In the above exception we will cover the return postage.
If the delivery company has damaged or misplaced the parcel and the item/items inside we would ask you to contact them to seek advice or resolution as they have caused the damage or misplaced the item.
If a parcel is missing or delayed after the expected arrival time we will look into this. Sometimes deliveries can be later than expected but if it has been some time since the expected arrival we will enquire with the delivery company for you to try and resolve the issue.
